I am in a 500-700 caloric deficit and hunger really disrupts my sleep , any tips? No reta or appetite blockers.

I get what you mean (i started at around 16-17% i think), the thing is i think i am too sensitive to hunger , or my deficit is to high . I am 93-94 kg somewhere around 14% and 188 cm . Right now i eat around 2.3k kcal and cycle everywhere i go + gym 3 times a week . So idk man.Yes, discipline, discipline, discipline!
After I lost a few pounds and finally reached 12% bodyfat I realized nothing tastes as good as being lean feels.
I got treated so much better from both genders after entering the 10% territories.

Also be disciplined when you go to the supermarket, only buy healthy food, so that you have never ever sweets or fastfood at home.
Try to accomplish challenges before you eat your first meal. For example 5k steps before the first and 10k before the second.

My libido is gone yeah . I did this for one month and then took a 2 week break . I just restarted , I think i can recover my hormones after i am fully done with the cut .
