How to deal with guilt for doing surgery?

Anyone else gets these thoughts? Like damn, I paid tens of thousands of dollars to ascend, and get a GF or wife, and then when the time comes to have kids, and they get your shitty genes, there's this guilt and dread that will haunt you for rest of life. You lied to your wife/GF, you are a liar, and fraud, you have no pride in yourself to believe in your own genes as a man. How do you cope with this and move forward with surgery anyways?

And your kids will grow up questioning why their dad is so much better looking.
