How to deal with having no friends at summer?

Summer began over a week ago and nobody has texted me or asked me out, all I do is just rot in my bed and play some stupid ass games on my pc all day. I used to have a lot of friends last summer and winter but i dont what happened

Work in a restaurant or some other place where you meet a lot of other people. You could also join a sporting club or hit the gym to meet people
