closest thing i can think of is maybe a rhinoplasty or some shit to make the distance between your philtrum and nose a bit lower, but it might look bad so idk. ask rhino surgeons if thats possible and send them pics of your face.

Yeah lip lift is the only serious option I've seen but it looks really fake

Bimax I don't need. Rhino is a decent option it would also make my nose straighter it's a bit upturned rn. I don't have the $$ rn anyway

Tbh I've seen enough Bogdanov wannabes and the lips is usually the most fucked up part. Some surgeries are legit but lip lift is asking for trouble IMHO

Is your upper lip already the same size as your lower lip?
If it is then you are not a candidate for a lift.
Is your upper lip thin?
If so then get your lip lifted to be the same size as your lower lip, and absolutely no more than that. Then you will reduce philtrum length and balance your lips.
That is the only way it can work.
