How to debloat after stress and very little sleep.

Basically title. Slept 1 hour and 3 hours the last 2 days and had crazy stress for exams. My face is fat asf now and it’s not necessarily due to water content ect

been there bro, sleep deprivation wrecks your face so hard lol. Tried fasting for 24 hours once and it helped a bit, but like not much tbh. Probably need to eat cleaner and more water retention-reducing foods in general imo. Sleep is the key though, gotta get that rest or you'll be stuck looking puffy forever man

Yeah I slept like 13 hours the night of this and my face is fine now bro
