i've got an upcoming event in 2 weeks and i really lost myself for awhile.

is there anyway i can debloat or make a huge difference in 2 weeks??

healthy or unhealthy doesnt matter to me as long as there is results!!

Stop pouring carbohydrates down your neck. Eat meat and animal fat until you reach satiety 1 time a day every day for the rest of your life.

I don’t eat any calories nor has any human ever. Calories are units of heat energy. Heat has no mass meaning it can not be consumed.

I don’t track anything. I just eat some Angus ground beef/ribeye steak, 3-5 eggs, and half a stick of salted Kerry Gold butter.

3. If you eat enough protein and fat in one large meal to satiety, you’ll go into Ketosis. You won’t be hungry at all the entire day.

4. My mood increased in happiness dramatically.

5. Humans are obligate hyper carnivores based on stable isotopes. The Randle Cycle clearly disproves we are omnivores, let alone vegans.

6. Both blood from the meat and water.
