How to debloat nose?

First of I’m 12% bf so it isn’t weight. My nose is very bloated, which obviously makes it look bigger, but it isn’t a cartilage issue. I blackheads on my nose, and you can tell it’s very bloated, especially the nasal ala. I’ve also always had a small, upturned nose, but now I don’t, because the top of my nose is so bloated that it’s kind of changed the shape.

Everyone keeps telling me to get on Accutane, but my doctor won’t prescribe it to me, considering I only have acne on my back and some fungal acne on my forehead and nose which I’ve had for the last three years. What would you all recommend as an alternative for my nose, considering Accutane also comes with a lot of side effects? Even though I’m willing to get it from the grey market and I’ll do pretty much whatever it takes to look better, to be honest—are there any better options for my case, specifically for the nose EXCLUDING hydrocortisone?

I've seen accutane work wonders but if you didn't have inflammatory issues in the 1st place its not going to do anything

also u just need to buy it grey

do what you please though, the upcharge that vanilla vendors have will never be worth it to me. wouldn't even be surprised if they source in bulk from grey markets, then resell
