I need help to debloat, in the image below i was running helping with sports, i was in the sun; sweating and hungry my face became so defined however when i stave my self other times willingly i dont get the same result. How can i get a permanent result for debloat? Additionally i need tips to get a slimer nose.

how long show i do the morning cardio for, untill i sweat alot? Also aftr that should i jus drink only water and high potassium food?
 
Eat 4 bananas and drink 1 litre of orange juice

30-45 minutes fasted and take a contrast shower afterwards to increase blood flow

what do u suggest i do
1 day a week have an extended fast (whole day), break it with fruit, protein and sprinting (increases igf-1), raw royal jelly for height will also help you lean up, gym at least 4x a week, drink lots of water and dont eat shit retard processed foods like kfc mcdonalds wtv
if this doesnt work then js rope. also increase bone mass for better results
