How to decrease midface ratio

There are no such ways (within reason) to shorten your midface ratio, but there are hundreds of ways to give the illusion your midface is shorter.

On the more accessible end, you have options such as growing out your hair or shaping your eyebrows to appear as low-set as possible, on the other hand, you have options such as brow-ridge implants and what not to give the ILLUSION your midface ratio is shorter than as intended.

To LITERALLY shorten your midface, you need forward and upward rotation of your craniofacial complex or counter-clockwise rotation (CCW), in other words, invasive and hard-to-access surgeries

Possible at the LeFort 2/3 Level. If not advancing a lot then direct skin excision is needed (scars) which isn't nice.

I need lefort 2/3 prob not gonna get it since I can’t even have enough movement and they would have to scar me
