In this thread i will basically be talking about addiction. For my Neurodivergent friends:

Let's start by saying that Dependencies are Cravings for things intense enough to not let you act properly and think straight. These cravings tend to go for the long run and get stronger the more frequent you do it.

Various examples that i will discuss are: Food Addiction, Brain Rot addiction, Drug Addiction, and Relationship Addiction.

Signs of addiction:
  1. Can't think straight. Addictions are like being hungry, you are going to constantly feel it and it will not dissapear just trying to ignore it.​
  2. Depression and shit. Yes if you always had that doomer feeling like you are cronically depressed, have constant anxiety and the wanting to ropemaxx, it's most probably addiction, most addiction symptoms are similar to Depression: not wanting to do shit, blaming yourself for being something you don't want to be, Acting like a fag, etc.​
  3. Not putting the work. You know not doing what you have to do type shi.​
If you have this signs consider inmediately to follow the next steps i will guide you to help this.

How to Annihilate your addictions/Dependencies:

So yeah as i said earlier your addictions start acting like if they were basics needs of your body, like sleeping, drinking water and eating. generally this is caused due to lacking a certain need you were actually seeking before, like for example a porn addiction can come from wanting to be loved or to want to stop being a virgin.​

Anyway this is a chart of the common things a person seeks, i'm going to profundize about below so you can scroll if you want to see me talk about this.​
Taking a look from this chart may help you understand the dependance you may be trying to replace with your addiction.​
Now i will you you the steps to minimize your dependance:​
  1. Replacement: Ok the same way you replace your emotional need with an instant gratification method you have to replace that addiction with the fucking thing you want to maxx. A study about behavioral conduct of mices shows that mices don't get addicted to cocaine if they instead have things to spend their time. This indicates that you have to start filling your schedule with more things to fucking do to stop what you want to minimize. But is not as easy as only doing this so that leads us to step two.​
  2. External Help: I know some of you are fucking loners who don't have any human connections offline, however you too can do this step. Find a partner (friend, family member or if you don't have any a psychologist although those ones are expensive as hell) and make them be in the same train of thought as you. Like make a contract where you both participate and are watching eachother. Since i am a freak i will put the game Left 4 Dead 2 as an example​

in the game you have to work together as a team to reach your objective. Imagine yourself and your friends as the survivors, the daily tasks you have to do as common infected (homework, chores). And the special infected are your addictions. So everyone knows they can kill easily the common infected, however when the special infected catch you, the only way to get free is with the help of a teammate. So you have to work together with your close members even if the only ones you've got are your parents and make them help you and help them. Do the contract thing i gave you for example and work together.​
3. Anticipate: Well shit you know you ain't have the willpower to resist temptations so just avoid them. In the iliad and the odyssey Ulysses wanted to hear the chant of the mermaids, but knew that if he heard that he would go crazy and jump off his ship, so he commanded his sailors to tie him up and clog their ears with wax, then sailed to the mermaids and heard their chant but didn't drop out of his ship because he was unable to get out of his restrain.​
Take a paper and write a plan to make yourself unable to fall to the temptation you know you constantly visit, this goes back to step two since you can use other people to help you.​
4. Delete: The last step to stop ruining your fucking life and maximize your other aspects is delete every fucking shit that act as your addiction. BUT, the biggest problem with this step is believing that your habit/addiction is actually a little good for you and you should keep doing it at least a bit. No, that ain't how it works, you say you watch Tiktok from time to time because you watch looksmaxxing recommendations but then scroll for 8 hours later, you say you play vydia gaems because you enjoy time with friends but then you play alone and yell at strangers. That type of coping makes you keep the addiction forever. In this step delete all that fucking shit and don't lie to yourself. So for challenge stay 30 days without doing any of your addictions like a shaolin monk. Then in your routine set a block to enjoy what you want to enjoy like vydia or something.​

  • Food Addiction: if you are fat then unless you are being obliged to eat by a cannibal group to kill and cook you later you are addicted to tasty food. This is a normal way of thinking from your body as it always tries to eat as much as possible to be ready for a famine. Calculate the amount of calories you have to eat to maintain your weight, replace the super tasty food (pasta, sugar) and make your own meals and try to make them low calorie dense.​
  • Brain Rot: this shit tricks your brain that you are interacting with other people and a sense of connection. Delete those fucking apps like tiktok or instagram and go to clubs, if you are too awkward for clubs then spend time with family and friends, instead to logging to tiktok spend your hours in looksmax.org or something.​
  • Drug: In this one Alcohol and Tobacco also count. Not gonna lie if you suffer that shit you may have to lock yourself like a maniac for sometime and have loads of shit to do like exercise because this one is the hardest.​
  • Porn: If you constantly try to please your sexual needs props to you 'cause that probably means you have high test. Anyway for this one start beating your meat without watching anything, and talk more with foids so you are more in touch with reality.​
  • RelationShip: This can be seen as seeking desperately for a companion. I recommend you to meditate, this probably means that you don't have too much people in your life so you may want to spend more time with friends and family.​
  • Gambling: This one probably the most dangerous alongside drugs. But is one of the easiest to overcome, just talk with someone else to be the manager of your money so you don't waste all of it. Also instead of going to casinos do daytrading or some shit, maybe even poker but do something that isn't 100% luck.​
Tips for Neuro Divergent Incels:

Apart from taking your meds you can do these to help yourself:

OCD: Make a Plan B for your Plan B and have someone else to help you stay on track if you fall off.

ADHD: Use alarms for everything that can help you remember diferent tasks, set habits and do focus.

Autism: Since you are similar to the OCD do the same shit

BPD: Take a moment of your day to be alone or something so you don't feel too much pressure

Neurotic: Have a little notebook and do what normies call braindump everytime you overthink.

Also remember this mental illnesses were created by the jews to keep us as sub5s so stop acting like your are the victim the same way they do​

Making such a thread in .org is like walking into mcdonalds and handing out flyers to a gym. The customers may have an eating problem but they sure as hell don't care enough to quit :lul:
