As a general rule, you have to understand that people never make fun of their actual insecurities.
By extension, if people willingly describe themselves as something, its usually just a coping mechanism trying to prevent them from seeing the actual situation.
To give you an example, people will describe themselves as fat, they will describe themselves as "not being muh NT", as "being lazy" (as opposed to being stupid) etc.
You will never see someone IRL make fun of his height or sub5 looks. You will never see someone make fun of his deformed facial bones, recessed cheekbones or whatever.
For the MOST part (not 100% but I'd say 97%), people here who say "I am just autistic around women" are facially sub5. They are perfectly normal mentally, they simply act weird bc they know they'd get rejected based on their looks
