ik about the shoulder to hip/waist but I think so long as you have square hips or better yet a V taper then it matters more what your bideltoid relative to your height is ?

The average shoulder width is allegedly supposed to be 1/4th of a person's height (I highly doubt this though).

This would mean that if a person's 6'3" (75 inches tall) their shoulder width would be 18.75 inches (JFL).

So if someone's 6'3" (75 inches tall) their bideltoid untrained should be around 22.5 inches.
