Okay, first and foremost, I was shocked that I ended up coming to the conclusion that It definitely works. I did 15-20 minutes while using my knuckles. I usually tap with a bit of force on my cheekbones, jaw corners, chin, eyebrows, nose bone, I dedicate a minute to each. Being precise with a clock so I don’t get an irregularity. You can use your knuckles, rock ,lock or a hammer. I sometimes use my pomade cylinder. Just lightly bruise the area, don’t wack yourself like an idiot
For any naysayers or anti-Bone Smashers: Wolff's Law, proposed by Julius Wolff, states that bone tissue adapts to the mechanical stresses it experiences; bones strengthen where they are stressed and weaken where they are not, leading to remodeling and adaptation to the loads placed upon them, in addition, many bone smashing practitioners can attest to this phenomenal practise and are very happy with their results!
