Panic attacks close up the throat and make it hard to breath. heart attacks just cause a pounding stinging sensation in the heart area.

Hearth attack is painfull. Its super painfull.. U feel very strong physical pain. Panic attacks is not painful but it feel still shit because u are hyperventilating. U breath TOO FAST.

I felt the same pain when I was having a panic attack and hyperventilating, that’s why I’m asking.

Maybe it’s in the intensity but idk

I’m just gonna try to not have a panic attack again

Pannick attack is triggered by stress

Heart attack comes out of nowhere

I never had a heart attack but lots of panick attacks and you can feel the anxiety building up

Heart attacks tend to be random out of nowhere

Yes but imagine that you have a heart attack in the middle of all that anxiety spike, I wouldn’t know how to differentiate

Go to a doctor nigga.
Jesus.
Top tier levels of laziness here.

Go check it out. I got myocarditis after a stomach flu. I had a slight chest discomfort and a tiny bit of pain. I could barely feel it, yet one friend advised me to go to the ER. So I went to the ER, got an EKG that looked normal(that's what they said), then they tested my troponin levels, which were through the roof, and I spent a week in the hospital to be monitored. It was very mild with no lasting damage. They gave me some aspirin and some betablocker to take for a couple of weeks, and said to avoid exercise for a couple of months. But imagine what could have happened if I never went to the ER, never rested enough and continued to gymmaxx and pushing the heart to the max. It could have done some serious damage.

I went to a doctor, they said everything is fine with my heart. What tests did you take?

Not a matter of laziness, but of money jfl.
