I'd say chemicals. burning, or you can dig the body deep enough in nature to where a dog can't sniff it out. The problem is cctv, it's so broken these days. You'd have to find ways to avoid it during and after your crime and have 0 connections to the person, in Minecraft. I think that's why there are so many people going ER instead of becoming serial killers

Mafia hitmen favorite method for no evidence discovery was to dispose the body ( after having it either cut up to fit the bag or just putting it in a large trash bag, and then putting cinderblocks in it as well as tying weights using chains attached to the bag with weighted plates).

The other option is also fire. The Indian people regularly cremate people without crematoriums, granted it would be a big fire. Its risky as it could attract unwanted attention.

The prime ways to identify the bodies are via fingerprints, and when that fails dental records. So one could just get rid of the head and hands and dispose them off in the ocean and let the sharks feed on them, or bury it in the forest where their many predators and they would eat it.
