just eat vegetables and other stuff be in a caloric deficit and you will achive a defined face improving bonemass relies on thumbpulling/pushing mewing as long as you supplament d3/k2 and get enough bioavalble calcium you are fine

vegetables for bonemass? if we are talking about bioavailablity most vegetables have very little compared to animal foods

Vegetables are usually not good, there are very few of them where you actually can get the nutrients u need. Alot of them have plantversions of diffrent vitamins that can not even be properly digested by humans

Cucumbers are good for hydration (the seeds arent ideal) and idk too much about spinach, but i know it has alot of oxalates. So i would chill on the spinach. Eating every once in a while is not a problem

im not worried abt oxalates bc they bind to fiber same way sugar binds to fiber in fruit. what about lettuce?

and you are a licenced nutritionist i suppose vegetables fruits nuts and seeds have been consumed for thousands of years by people you cant compare them to milk and other raw animal food but the minerals and vitamins in vegetables are the same you just have to eat more that might as well benefit for keeping you full and not overeating

Its not the same as in animal food + vegetables dont keep you full. Vegetables have alot of fiber and oxalates as well, so eating too much is not good. And no i am not a licenced nutritionist and i dont need to be. My body just feels better with fewer vegetables(y)

tiktok knowlage learn vitamin mineral consumption and volume eating carnivore is a new diet never quoated for any real benefits meditarian and vegetaran and pescetarian are a lot better for overall health and a long life carnivore does not increase bonemass and there is no research except the people that post on instagram reels and tik tok
