how to do PDO threads under eyes?

I've ordered a pack of PDO threads. I don't know exactly how to insert them, the angle, area etc is all uncertain for me.

I have hollow undereyes and negative tilt that I would like to improve. I want to tighten the skin around it to refine some eye bags and improve my tilt.

Anyone know how to? I can't find much info online.
