Does anyone know how exactly to do Stram. I want to help fix my slightly recessed lower jaw and I saw this method that looks like it would help but I don't know how to do it and I want to learn

I just seemed to think stram might have had a little bit more to do because I hard mew a decent amount and doesn't have the same symptoms that people say what happens with their muscles getting sore in their face
