bromocriptine, cabergoline and pramipexole, all D2 receptor agonists, they'll basically exert dopaminergic effects through activation of the dopamine receptor. You're better off quitting porn, masturbation and high glycemic sugars, before fucking around with drugs, but they can help lower inhibition, boost mood and increase motivation, amongst other positive effects.

if you want to achieve disinhibition, targeting drugs that act on the GABA receptors or inhibit the reuptake of GABA work well, either an overload of GABA receptor agonism or GABA receptor antagonism works for decreasing inhibitions. Alcohol acts on the GABAergenic system by attaching to its respective receptors at a high affinity and magnifying and amplifying the effects of endogenous GABA. Benzodiazepines are another class of drugs that are considered GABApentanoids, in which they attach to the GABA receptor at a high affinity and exert GABAergenic effects. The characteristic effects of benzodiazepines include anxiety suppression, sedation, muscle relaxation, disinhibition, sleepiness, and amnesia.

I think that the more higher you dopamine are the more the receptors get sensitive
I read this in a study about amphetamines but I'm too lazy to research and my memory is klonopinized...
