Niggas here be making all kind of shit threads but forget the most ones, like drinking water. Quoting Sir C.V Raman - “the real elixir of life- water”

In fact the whole thread here is just water (Pun intended). It’s truly over for your life if you cant drink water in 2022 (or any other century/era) and as a forum doctor here’s how you do it and all you need to know about water.

Water helps your body as it:

* Maintains the body temperature.
* Provides cushioning for the joints.
* Protect your spinal cord and other sensitive tissues.
* Detoxifies the body through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements

How much should you drink?

Being attentive to the amount of water you drink each day is important for optimal health. Most people drink when they’re thirsty, which helps regulate daily water intake.

According to the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, general water intake (from all beverages and foods) that meet most people’s needs are:

  • about 15.5 cups of water (125 ounces) each day for men
  • about 11.5 cups (91 ounces) daily for women
People get about 20 percent of their daily water intake from food. The rest is dependent on drinking water and water-based beverages. So, ideally men would consume about 100 ounces (3.0 liters) of water from beverages, and women, about 73 ounces (2.12 liters) from beverages.

You’ll have to increase your water intake if you’re exercising or living in a hotter region to avoid dehydration.

Other ways to assess hydration include your thirst and the color of your urine. Feeling thirsty indicates your body is not receiving adequate hydration. Urine that is dark or colored indicates dehydration. Pale or non-colored urine typically indicates proper hydration.

How to drink water?

1. Always try to have lukewarm water

Warm or hot water actually has the ability to absorb deeper into your tissues. Warm water cleanses and detox’s your body better than the cold or normal water. Ice cold water is an absolute disaster for your health as it can give you cold or cough problems and can also dampen your digestion. Warm foods promote digestion while cold foods hinder it.

2. Sit down while drinking water

Standing and drinking disrupts the balance of body fluids. You may accumulate unwanted excess fluid in your body if you drink while standing up which can often lead to arthritis. It also affects the digestion and absorption of minerals which leads to other problems as well.

3. Drink slowly

Drinking water in small sips allows the body to process the nutrients and minerals well. It also makes it easier for our kidneys to process all the fluids.

4. Start your day with a glass of boiled water

Drink warm water in the morning as it helps flush out the toxins that have accumulated overnight and cleanses your digestive tract to get you ready for the day! It also increases your metabolism which promotes weight loss.

5. Avoid water while eating

Ayurveda strongly recommends that one should not drink water with their meals. You can have large amounts of water at least an hour before and after meal times but not during the meals. Having too much water near your meal times can dilute the digestive acids and mess up the proper digestion of foods. If you must drink then you can take a sip or two at most during your meals.

does drinking big amounts of water make you bloated

trying to leanmax for face atm

does drinking big amounts of water make you bloated
quite opposite of it actually. It ends your craving to any sugary food as you feel full most of the time which in turn makes you eat less

But huge amounts of anything aren’t good. Keep it on a normal healthy level and that would be one of the powerful ingredient for leanmaxxing trust me
