I've talked about this before in a thread I can't bother to recall but I think it deserves to be more fleshed out.
It's not a very well known trick but it's obvious when you think about it.
It works very well for people who compartmentalise everything and optimise their life to death, aka looksmax autists.

Basically you have three things that form a behaviour :
1- Trigger
2- Behaviour
3- Reward

A habit is just a behaviour whose trigger happens frequently. Example of habit, taking a shower daily for cleancels :
Trigger: it's 7pm
Behaviour: cleaning yourself up
At first there was a reward when you took a shower, eg not being harassed by your parents. Now you just do it because your brain assumes since you've been doing it for so long there must be a reason / reward.

Why do you think vidyas, porn, cooming, etc are habits that are so easy to get into, and so hard to get out of (eg addictions)? Because the reward is in the behaviour itself. Those are the most powerful type of habits because of the intrinsic reward.

Unfortunately many useful in things are not intrinsically rewarding (meditating for instance, unless you like it somehow). Thus the habit need to be extrinsically rewarding.
Thus to form a new habit you need to choose your trigger and associate a specific (extrinsic) reward after you executed the behaviour.

For instance say you want to start meditating in the morning, form said triad:
Trigger: Breakfast finished
Behaviour: 15min meditation
Then you must choose a specific reward, something you like, reserved exclusively for said behaviour. This is a precarious balance because you need to be sure you can reserve the reward for that behaviour, otherwise you will break the whole thing and trust yourself less; on the other hand the more you like the reward the more you'll execute the behaviour.

A personal example when I started meditating daily two years ago. I would buy some specific crackers that I liked and reserve them for that.
Trigger: Breakfast finished, skincare done, etc
Behaviour: 15 to 20min meditation
Reward: 2 crackers, sometimes a bit more, as long as it's tied to the behaviour it's ok

After a while you just pick up the habit and don't need the reward anymore, because your brain has linked the trigger to the behaviour.
Obviously if your prefrontal cortex is annihilated from cooming or willpower is a 100% foreign concept for you then fix that first (btw willpower comes from self-trust perhaps I'll make a thread on that).

TL;DR: Leave this thread you lazycel with no willpower
