The more muscle mass the more calories you throw down when having a chest meal . Just jfl having low muscle mass and having a chest meal of 4000 calories . It should be a chest meal not a chest day. The way I structure it is I only have one after 3 weeks or restricted dieting. The day you cheat you want to eat all your protein before you cheat. Your cheat meals should consist more of carbs then fats , however I really don’t thunk it matters
