How to eat more vegetables for improving skin color?

Most people do not like the taste of vegetables and won't be likely to eat them as much as is needed for good skin quality. What is the best way to eat a lot of vegetables daily?

One idea is to make green smoothies
 
Bump, someone please answer this, this is the last thing I need to know. Everything from lookism is gone
 
I eat most of my vitamins in a pill form

Be in a caloric deficit

Once you realize the importance of eating low calorie dense foods during a diet, vegetables will be a lifesaver.

Just look up recipes online involving vegetables with meat and carbs, you'll learn to like them

Yeah smoothies
 
I look to stir fry a bunch of leftover veggies from salads. Throw in some nice spices and add to your main dish.

Don't eat vegetables
 
Dude just fucking eat the and dont make a big deal out of it.... You have 1 life do the best you can to make you self better, if its so freaking hard just to eat the right food, you have some problems, just do it, its that simple......
