Hopefully I can find a way to eat raw small fish like capelins, because they are cheap, high DHA, high fat, filled with organs and eggs while being wild and pristinely clean.

Now I will try to munch them quickly and spew bones at the end.

If it is not possible, then I can try to embrace slight cooking just to separate bones.

It works. It steals time to chew it, but I can eat it and spew out the bones after chewing.

Capelin fish are basically half fish eggs. You pay relatively small amount of money for fish eggs. This happens because males have high mortality so by buying capelin we get to eat female meat.

Previously, I got leaky gut 2 times, after eating capelin fish raw, whole, including their heads and spines, without spewing out the bones.

It gave me incredible pain, and poop didn't come out for a long time as well.

I had to heal it with raw eggs like Aajonus recommends.

Now I know bones are harmful.
It is impossible to separate bones from a raw small fish, but we can chew it, absorb flesh, and spew out bones, as I know from experience now.

Wait, wait, wait. What's up with eggs and prolactin? We get prolactin when we ejaculate, which drains us of energy and testosterone, and if you ejaculate 10 times you get drained to 0 energy. How could eggs give us prolactin?

When it comes to raw eggs, it is a remedy against leaky gut that Aajonus recommends.

Cooking denatures and destroys nutrients and microorganisms.

just go to the store and buy sashimi dumbass

They don't sell it in this city, lol.
Even if they did sell it, it would be overpriced garbage, with typical sauces made from seed oils and salt.
There is no point in such a silly thing.

I do eat bigger fish, mackerel, herrings, wild pink salmon, but. They are super expensive. Capelin are over 1.5 times cheaper, while being high DHA on par with those.

Woops, meant avidin. Avidin binds to biotin causing a deficiency if raw eggs are consumed for elongated amounts of time. And if any nutrients is destroyed in the cooking process its minimal to almost none at all, and cooking on low heat stops AGES from forming therefore eating food raw is just putting yourself at risk which you have already found out due to eating raw fish

If you wanna eat fish "raw" as efficiently as possible take out the spine and any bones inside, and cook the skin after separating the organs from the meat

No risk except bones, humans cannot digest bones.
Maybe we can cook fish just a little. It changes taste and texture very quickly.
Can you share where you found that cooking does little damage to nutrients? From what I've heard, it's significant.

Obviously, but you cannot separate bones of small fish. It is impossible.
This is why a new method was needed, and I found it.
Why would you cook the skin, lol. When it comes to big fish, I just swallow it with water, after it's stripped from flesh, for collagen. We shouldn't denature collagen.

Capelin is a wild tiny fish sold in giant amounts, similar to anchovices.
I'm in Russland. Where are you? Do you ever catch fatty fish? Fatless fish seems pointless to spend time on.

I'm in Poland, and it really depends. The smallest fish (around 5cm) that i caught could easily have everything seperated from them but it was mostly goby fish

Chew and spit if you want, but raw eggs for healing? might give you salmonella. Kill yourself with that diet before it kills you.

Sooo cope, acting like you cant get salmonella from things already cooked

Lol. Raw eggs healed my initial grain induced leaky gut, and stopped my dandruff completely and forever.
Then, it cured my second leaky gut from capelin bones, stopping insane pain of perforated intestines. Then it did it the third time for the same reason.

To be fair. Inorganic raw eggs are 100 times more toxic than inorganic muscle meat. This is a true danger. It's like an antibiotic, weakening entire body functioning forever.

Sounds risky as hell
Tbf yeah, but eating basically anything comes with a risk. Considering tho that eggs keep most vitamins etc while uncooked is good

Try to eat a bunch of fish bones, experience pain of perforated intestines, and then tell me how hypothetical it is, lol.
Didnt read the whole thing jfl,but if they are cooked enough its like crackers
