Well start it off by just greeting her, "hey x how are u doing, blah blah small talk." Depending on her responses you should be able to find her attitude towards you, if shes into you she will create some opening for you to go off of.

I had a girl once compliment me on my posture on the bus lmao. I had no idea what I was supposed to say.
