I’ve seen this discussed so many times, high reps, low reps? bulk and then cut, cut and then bulk?

same thing goes for diet, is it worth investing in supplements or do you just focus on keeping ur diet clean.

not educated on this topic at all so any form of advice is greatly appreciated

Skinny fat = low Testosterone so just blast test and eat maintenance u will gain hard cus of the test and lose fat

is it worth messing around with hormones while under 18? how would you even find a trustworthy person to buy off

Most likely u would wanna buy from a website or like maybe find a dealer at ur gym

Bro the more u think the more high inhib u will get just fucking do it trust me

If ure under 18 it’ll not only help ur skinny fat but give u wider clavicles, promote masculine facial bone growth and even help a bit with height if u pair it with an aromatase inhibitor

That’s also paired with the massive gains u will get

U don’t even need to train hard and u will put on 8kg solid muscle if ur cycling test as a skinny fat person

You either chose A cut to lose fat so you can start at a lean bass, B you bulk up first so u can later cut to lose fat and ull have muscle, C if youre new to lifting and really stick the nutrition right and u have the right geneticas, u can put on muscle whild loosing fat. Begginner gains work like that. Most people perfer to do one or the other cause its more effective. If u bulk you can legit build 20+ lbs of muscle your first year. If u cut first, you will be skelly mode for a bit. Until you pack on some muscle. You will be bulking from a leaner spot which means u will see ur shreds/muscles more which could keep u more motivated.

Id personally cut first, and if u bulk., make it a clean bulk so u dont add fat or just a bit of it. I understand being skeleton mode sucks but ur face will be the best if u get lean first, but if u bulk, u know under nieth u will have muscle. Both work and its possible for u do either

dont take test stupid, start lifting do progressive overload do hard cardio on caloric deficit, recomp
