how to escape the fact that i have the desire to talk more than i have actual things to say?

I have the desire to socialize and be with my brothers who i relate to, but i have nothing of substance to say. and so i cannot socialize with anybody because i have nothing to say and am of no value. ig god designed life and my desires this way, just to torture ppl like me, in order to remove them from this planet.
