There is a thread somewhere in this mental asylum on how to hide the fact you had surgery. One of the easiest is to either slim down or bulk up and claim the new face is because you have gotten healthier.

For some surgeries you have to be a bit more creative.

That’s why after surgery you have to leave the country or at least the city and start a new life somewhere nobody knows you if possible, then pretend you never had surgery and your jaw is just genetics
