well tbh i’ve been in a similar situation, except she ended our relationship and found someone new. but anyways, what i had to do was delete all pictures of me and this person, stop texting them, try talking to other girls and rely on my friends to help me. i just kinda remind myself that i can do better and there is someone out there who will want me. best of luck to you.

Dude honestly, the best thing you can do is talk to other women, eventually find a woman you can get with that you actually like back, and pretty soon you will forget about your old oneitis. It took me years to move on from my very first oneitis in middle school/early high school, the sad part was that it was so close to working out, but I fucked everything up JFL. I would ask repetitious questions like

-How did she say it
-What was her facial expression

and I was doing it subconsciously cuz I get a weird high just by talking about her and being infatuated by her

Put your head down and get through your last semester. You're a senior, yeah? Then go out of state to college (I rec Midwest, as usual as we seem to be kinder towards ethnics) and be thankful that you live in an age where you can do this and legit have a second chance instead of having to be the village idiot your entire life. Get your head right and don't do this stupid shit again.
I also highly recommend seeing a therapist. I'm dead serious. You have issues that need to be worked out. Your psychology is not normal.
