1. Week without porn and any form of masturbation
2. week eating boiled unsalted meat + spoon of jam between the meals (strictly one spoon)
3. Week only talking when abdolutely necessary (basically as you live rn)
4. Don't even talk with yourself,when you'll instinctively do so-shut it off
5. No music/social media (water)
6. No fictional literature
7. In order for your brain to not fully adapt and to prevent it from learning how to enjoy those condition you'd have to keep it constantly suffering. To do so: start talking with yourself on exciting topic,let yourself get lost and consumed by the conversation(important) but as soon as you can stop yourself - do so, suppress the inside dialog too. On average the convo(you can be vocal or do it internally) will last 2-3 minutes before you forbid yourself to continue
8. Unstable sleeping schedule. Combine one day on 6 hours of sleep with another day on 3 hours and the third one on 6:40 . You'll be trying hard to not fall asleep keeping yourself suffering enough to not get comfortable in this routine
9. Would be the best to serve others the whole time. It had two aspects to it:1) working time (ik ik ik) 2) after work.
1) Waiter would be a perfect job for that goal but others are fine too. Control your every step as you do now, but even more intensely. You'll eventually snap out off it and it's fine, but the important thing is to not give yourself any regulated and specified time to relax. It should only happen due to snapping and making a mistake.
2)After work better to serve your relatives at home (for ethnics). The goal is to be aggressively performing 24/7
Then let yourself sleep it off and goon limitlessly and do whatever on weekends:3333
