How to feel less nervous and uncomfortable around masculine coworkers?

17 here, I have this 23 year old blonde nordic extremely masculine large skulled coworker with shorter hair, beard and really small eyes and good orbitals. He's really nice and we have a very similair last name which we even talked about and I really like him and think he's a good guy....

But everytime we talk I turn more red and get kinda nervous around him? Like I know he's not gonna attack me but his face literalls screams I will kill you.
