IMO the biggest sign of a late bloomer is hair. If you have hardly any hair on face or legs at 16/17, you're probably a late bloomer.

If you’ve got minimal facial or body hair, you’re noticeably smaller than your friends, or your voice still sounds like it missed the puberty memo, odds are you’re just a late bloomer.

You can confirm it with a wrist X-ray to check your bone age; it basically tells you where your body’s at development-wise.

Or, you know, just go to an endocrinologist and let them check ur balls
(that’s literally how I found out I was a late bloomer lol)
