Your nose doesn't look THAAAAT bad from the front at least, of course surgical there's only one viable option... rhinoplasty. Non-surgical? Take a shot at hydrocortisone, retinoids and low inflammatory diets, if these don't work, then just get rhinoplasty if you care that much.

Already on hydrocortisone 1% I hope it will work. But i think I should get rhino bc I'm not confident about my nose since I hit consciousness
