I don't know. You'll have to research this carefully yourself.
My understanding is that American jaw surgery is very expensive.

Ya I haven’t even started the process I need to figure that out but don’t know how or where to get started when it comes to finding out how much mm I need

get ct scans and use them for consultations with well known bp-surgeons and surgery planners
during these consultations you can obtain info about a good plan and tell this to your end surgeon
