How to fix a droopy mid face (20+ oldcels GTFIH)?

Me and this woman have the exact same problem where our midfaces are slightly sagging. When I stretch the skin back, it looks better similar to what she's doing with the pencil.

If you want the "stretched back" result permanently, what do you need to do?

Cut your skull open and manually re-arrage your bones. I have the same thing, and it's caused by recession and weak orbitals.

Derma needling might help with some nasal folds, but it won't fix it the same way a well developed skull will.

I had to look up what this shit was. Nigga it's literally sticking tape to your face. It's women doing that shit to get a fox eye effect. How are you gonna talk and move your mouth? And once you take the tape off, your face returns to normal after a few hours.
