So Im going to an orthodontist soon for a checkup and Im 16 years old hit puberty at early 15 years old or a little before


What to get/say, my case isnt that bad but I want it fixed

Any other solutions, is this fixable through puberty alone

you could train masseters but mostly genetic tbh.

Mewing (correct tongue posture in mouth). These forces will affect growth.

Braces if your teeth are misaligned. Correctly aligned teeth and a wide enough palate will help your jaw development.

Growth hormone combined with androgens. If you plan on doing this, do this sooner than later because bone growth will greatly slow after 18 years old.

Other than those, surgery is the last option.

why do you even ask how to get a wider face if youre going to talk to a orthodontist??
