I have one too a short mandible, and you can not do much without surgery, but remember to focus on what you can control don't let the pessimistic forum users get to you
My advice:
-Make sure you are breathing through your nose not your mouth
-Posture
-Fraud and maximize other features of the face like hair so low mandible suits your face well
