How to fix acne scars and improve jawline/chin?

Hey yall. I got two questions today.

1. I had a ton of acne 1-2 years ago, but its cleared up. Unfortunately, I am an idiot and picked a lot of the pimples despite knowing better, leaving me with a ton of scars (sorry for the ass quality pic, my phone is a potato). I have been trying tretinoin for the past 5 or so months, and there has been a little bit of improvement, but nothing really substantial. I have heard online that getting a TCA will dramatically reduce acne scars, but I'm no expert and don't want to make any stupid decisions. If any of yall are better informed than I am please let me receive your knowledge.

2. When I was younger (10-13) I was a habitual mouth breather, and I only stopped once I started noticing and conciously forced my mouth closed. Unfortunately, my chin was destroyed, and now I have to force my jaw outwards 24/7 to make my jaw/chin look slightly less of a gigachud. I've been researching on this forum on how to fix this, and I've come to the conclusion that I should probably get some sort of jaw/chin implant, but I have no idea what kind. Preferably something thats cheap and doesn't have horiffic side effects.

The habit you've formed, forcing your jaw outwards, is called jutting. This is very bad for your jaw health and not something you should be doing.
You could get a chin implant, if the chin is the main thing that bothers you. Jaw surgery is also an option for you too but not a necessity.
Cheap implants are not permanent, you must remember that. Get one and see how you like it - then research more permanent options.
