how to fix assymetry

hey all, around 8-9mo ago i noticed that my face is assymetric. i was chewing hard gums called "falim" for a year. was always taking 2 gums and chewing them on each side. i don't think this assymetry caused by gums tho

the problem is that when i tense my jaw muscles and touch them left side is like 30-35% smaller than right one

any advice how to fix it? i always chew on both sides
