How to fix asymmetrical eyes and jaw. Should I focus on something else?

I've hard ppl say its bc of the sphenoid, c1 atlas misalignment, to just sleep on my back. Idk who to listen to or what my problem is. Or if I even should care, do I have bigger flaws?
