I am 16 years old, 65 kg cutting down to about 62.
My facial features aren’t that bad but for some reason my face is fairly asymmetrical. People have told me it isn’t very noticeable in real life but im sure if I increased the symmetry between my two sides it would help a lot.
The shaped of my two eyebrows are asymmetrical, the right one is much more pointed and angular compare to the left one, and i can’t just shape them or they look weird as fuck. If both my eye brows were like the left one with a decently good tilt it would improve my eye area immensely.
The right side of my jaw is also much more defined, from the front and the side. My side profile from my right side shows great jaw visibility with a short, but somewhat visible ramus. The left side is curved outwards, looking recessed as fuck and the ramus is basically inexistent.
Is chewing more on one side and mewing all i need to help align my face. I’ve also heard that sleeping on your back helped, is this truly beneficial or cope?
If there are any other ways for me to improve facial symmetry id appreciate it.
