How to fix asymmetry in cheek bones

I'm not 100% sure if it's asymmetry or shadow. I'm pretty sure it is asymmetry. Is there any way to fix it that's maybe not surgeries? How did it happen? Could it have been like sleeping on the wrong side or something? It's not super noticeable, but my right cheek is more prominent than my left.

Also, if some of my features look distorted, I'm looking up to get the best lighting, like equally on my face, but I'm not perfect, so it could be shadows.

unnoticable.

it may very well be cause you slept on one side more than the other.
i wouldnt spend a minute on this matter, personally.
but go with very small fillers if its bothering you (no one can see it buddy.)
 
no one is gonna notice. Just from the picture alone it could even be written off as the camera angle so there's no point worrying about it
