How to fix asymmetry?

How do I fix my overall asymmetry? Mfs say to start sleeping on your back or sleep on your other side of your face but then it will ruin both sides of my face and sleeping on my back will only prevent asymmetry. I haven't found any good threads on asymmetry. Help
