How to fix bad habits

Whenever i talk , most of my "psl" dissapears because of bad posture (neck and back) and mouth breathing as ive seen from a pic someone took of me today, but when im chilling i usually have better looks , better defined face . What would be the appopriate fix for this?Thanks
 
wear a rubber band and whenever you catch yourself doing a "bad habit" snap it onto your wrist, it associates your bad habits with pain causing you to stop them (this is what i do with porn so it should evidentially work with this)

There are 2 main causes for bad posture.

1. Psychology. When you are nervous, threatened, or anxious, your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) activates, and you instinctively "scrunch up" to protect your vitals. Head leans forward and chin moves down to protect the neck, arms cross to cover organs, hands close or face away to conceal wrists, etc. If you are ND or generally shy or insecure, this happens almost chronically in social settings. If you want to gain confidence, you have to slowly step outside your comfort zone. Take deep breaths, relax, and understand tha you're not in danger. Compliment a stranger, flirt with a girl, hang out with friends, just generally practice doing things that make you slightly uncomfortable to show your body you are still safe. Taking supplements (ashwagandha, L-theanine, kava kava, etc.) or actual prescription meds that lower stress makes this much easier.

2. Anatomy. 1 is usually the origin of the issue but after chronically adopting this posture for years, your body adapts to it. Your chest muscles tighten from never being stretched, your back muscles get weak from your head always sagging forward, and your jaw gets pulled backwards (inducing mouth breathing) from this forward head posture. You can actively strengthen these muscles to reverse this though. For upper back and neck, do lat pulldowns, dumbbell shrugs, and neck curls. To stretch your chest, just google chest stretches, the one I did to reverse my forward head posture was putting my arms on the side of the doorway and leaning my body through it if that makes sense.

Fixing your posture can increase your height slightly by .5-1 inches depending on how bad it is, other than surgery you can fraud with shoes and putting things in the sole. There's rizz socks or some retarded things you can buy online with padding to make you taller but i just roll up a sock and put it under my heel to fraud
