You're lazy because you don't have anything to do, so logically.. GET SOMETHING TO DO! Develop a skill, read a book, go outside, find a reason to do something, then create a routine to do that thing, and then you start doing it.
You're not "lazy" per se, you just don't have anything to do, so again, get something to do...
