i'll tell you a secret practically all faces are assymetrical (except genetic miracles like chico). u have a ton of work to do and whining about muh assymetry wont help

Maybe try elimination diet to get rid of acne. Ur eye area is good and everything else is fine. Ur skin quality is messing u up tho

I'd be inclined to agree with the other replies, your face is not as inherently asymmetrical as you think, fix your skin and get rid of that facial hair.
