You need a fresh start bud, sorry. Go bald and take good care of your hair when its growing in. My hair use to be super thin pin straight, but now its straight with alot more volume, definition, and color.

don't use shampoo. Rinse with warm water when greasy, otherwise use cold water. My hair has never been better. Argan oil sometimes too. Also look into protein treatment once a month (eggs and milk).
