How to fix dark circles and how long does it take?

I've got dark circles from the last 9-10 months and I always sleep late in the night which has caused it to get darker lately and it completely ruins my eye area and the worst part is that I have negative orbitals too.
So any tips on how I can reduce dark circles?

There are two types of dark circles
1:blood vessels
2pigmentation
To test which one you have lightly pinch your undereye area and if there is still darkness then it is pigmentation and if the darkness fades it is due blood vessels
If it's due to pigmentation use vitamin c serum or niacinamide
If it's due to blood vessels use caffeine creams or retinol or ceramide creams
