How to fix droopy eyelid

One of my eyelids is droopy, it’s quite visible in pictures. What is the best way that I can fix this.
I did some research and the options are:
- eyelid exercises might not help (depending on the cause of the condition)
- eyelid tape (not sure if it works or not)
- botox ( more expensive than the other options, need to do it once every couple months or so)
- eye drops (not as effective, and need a prescription)
- surgery ( quite expensive)
