Hi,

The lower eyelids of my right eye is slightly droopy, more visible when I am tired.
I attach a morph

What are the surgeries to fix it? orbital rim implants? blepharoplasty?
Can someone advice a surgeon other than Taban?

Thanks

Lower eyelid retraction is the only way.

I google it, I've found Taban and Massry, both in California. Europe suck for surgeries.

Do you have any other other problems?
Do you snore at night? What does your jaw, mandible etc look like?

i could be wrong but it seems like most eye area problems in younger people stem from bad bone structure. Why not focus on that?

My face is recessed so I have eyebags too big for my age but I am not young.
I've noticed my right eye drooping since two years

All you are doing is masking the problem. Maybe after MSE or surgery the real root of the problem will be solved.
I personally would get the MSE (is my Goal in the future), resolve my terrible breathing, get good sleep, expand my maxilla, and defeat the problem than mask the problem.

What is MSE?
My breathing is not too bad if we take into account that the left nostril of my nose is pinched due to a bad rhino.
I may do a bimax.

Look up jaw hacks on YouTube. Overall though, a lot of people want to mask the problems. Fixing the under eye may be great, but is it worth it if you don’t get good sleep, don’t breathe properly, etc?

Stop touching them it’s the lax tendons that cause it. There’s creams to fix that but what you need to do is just moisturize it
